United States
United States: composite wood products (particleboard / MDF) require EPA TSCA Title VI certification issued by an EPA- or CARB-recognised third party. An internal E0 claim is NOT a substitute.
European Union
European Union: EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) applies to furniture from 2026-12-30 for large and medium operators; a timber traceability file is required.
Not yet certified — no EPA TSCA Title VI, CARB, CE or EUDR certificate is held at present. Material test reports from our board suppliers can be requested. Buyers remain responsible for confirming import compliance in their own market; we can support an application at additional cost and lead time.
