This is the chair we sell most of in the domestic market and the one most often copied: it looks like upholstery, and it sells like a piece of furniture that happens to fit through a doorway. The seat, backrest, headrest, arm rests and ankle pads are upholstered separately in red PU over high-density foam, then banded with adjustable webbing straps and metal snap-hook hardware.
The body sits on a rectangular box base with metal latches. That base does two jobs: it stiffens the whole chair so it does not rack when someone leans into it, and it gives a destination for the cushions and hardware you are not using. Two people can move it by the base; it ships as one piece, so it is a container-fill problem rather than a design one.
We remake this chair to size and upholstery constantly — pocket depth, backrest angle, strap count, colour, and whether the base has a drawer or a flat door. Bring the drawing and the dimensions you can actually ship and we will quote from it.

How does it ship?
Assembled, palletised. It is a freight item, delivered to ground floor or loading dock; installation guidance and diagrams are provided after delivery.
